Rules and Procedures

1.Use the same scale for all weekly weigh-ins.

2. Weigh-in and enter your weight on Mondays into the fitness and weight log at www.properwell.com to be in the weekly drawings (the system can not count weights entered on other days of the week). You will receive the account details that allow you to access this log within 1-3 days of your payment. If you do not receive your account details by January 5th, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 

3. Please take 2 photos during your first and last weigh-in: 

      1. A photo of the scale with you standing on it

      2. A photo of your beautiful self ( Full body or waist up)

You will only be asked to email PPW those photos if you are one of the winners (for verification purposes only). Those photos will NOT be shared publicly without your permission.

4. Be safe with your weight loss goals. Try to engage in sustainable weight loss practices and avoid crash diet gimmicks. That way you can keep the weight off after you lose it!
