Non-members please register/pay by January 4th. Once you pay, you will receive an email within 1-3 business days with your account information, and details on how to enter your weekly weight.
Rules and Procedures
1.Use the same scale for all weekly weigh-ins.
3. Please take 2 photos during your first and last weigh-in:
1. A photo of the scale with you standing on it
2. A photo of your beautiful self ( Full body or waist up)
You will only be asked to email PPW those photos if you are one of the winners (for verification purposes only). Those photos will NOT be shared publicly without your permission.
4. Be safe with your weight loss goals. Try to engage in sustainable weight loss practices and avoid crash diet gimmicks. That way you can keep the weight off after you lose it!
